Square greeting-card printing

A 99 × 99 mm square card provides a modern compact format for greetings, gift inserts, invitations, thank-you notes and customer communication. Its balanced proportions work well with illustrations, logos, short messages and QR codes.

The card can be placed in packaging, attached to a gift or handed out independently. Designer paper, full-colour printing and selected finishing help match the card to the occasion or brand identity.

Square artwork

Keep the message concise and use a composition designed specifically for the square format. Extend backgrounds to the bleed and maintain a safe margin around text and logos. We will check the dimensions and file before printing.

Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum: 400 MB. For print, use 300 DPI as a guideline. If colour accuracy is critical, order a colour proof.

Artwork submission rules
  • The file dimensions must match the artwork size including bleed. Follow the dimensions shown in the recommendations above.
  • Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum file size: 400 MB.
  • Use 300 DPI for print, 200 DPI for large-format work and 150 DPI for very large products.
  • Use RGB if unsure. Use CMYK only if you understand prepress requirements. Remove embedded ICC profiles.
  • Embed all fonts in PDF files. Save JPEG without compression and TIFF with merged layers using ZIP/LZW.
  • For foil, varnish, contour cutting and other special processes, use vector spot objects with overprint.

      • Do not place thin frames close to the trim line.
      • The maximum upload size is 400 MB.
