A3 poster printing

An A3 poster measures 297 × 420 mm and provides a practical balance between visibility and compact placement. It is suitable for promotional campaigns, event announcements, shop windows, office information, exhibitions and point-of-sale communication.

The format has enough space for a strong image, headline, essential details and a QR code while remaining easy to mount in frames, stands or display areas. Paper and finishing can be selected for the required visual effect and service life.

Poster artwork

Use a headline readable from a distance and avoid overcrowding the layout. Images must have sufficient resolution at final size. Add bleed to edge-to-edge backgrounds and keep key information inside the safe area. We will check the file before printing.

Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum: 400 MB. For print, use 300 DPI as a guideline. If colour accuracy is critical, order a colour proof.

Artwork submission rules
  • The file dimensions must match the artwork size including bleed. Follow the dimensions shown in the recommendations above.
  • Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum file size: 400 MB.
  • Use 300 DPI for print, 200 DPI for large-format work and 150 DPI for very large products.
  • Use RGB if unsure. Use CMYK only if you understand prepress requirements. Remove embedded ICC profiles.
  • Embed all fonts in PDF files. Save JPEG without compression and TIFF with merged layers using ZIP/LZW.
  • For foil, varnish, contour cutting and other special processes, use vector spot objects with overprint.

      General guidelines+
      • Use the CMYK colour model only when the artwork was prepared with the correct print profile; otherwise submit the file in RGB.
      • Embed all fonts in PDF files or convert text to outlines.
      • Keep important text and logos inside the indicated safe area.
      • Do not place thin frames close to the trim line.
      • The maximum upload size is 400 MB.

      • Check the finished size, bleed and safe area before uploading the artwork.
      • Use high-resolution images and make sure linked graphics are included.
