Product description

PUR perfect-bound brochure printing

PUR binding gives a multi-page brochure a clean square spine and a durable softcover construction. Polyurethane adhesive creates a strong yet flexible bond, making it suitable for coated, dense and laminated papers that can be difficult to bind with conventional hot-melt glue.

This production method is used for product catalogues, company presentations, training materials, menus, portfolios and other publications that are opened repeatedly. The cover may be printed separately on heavier stock and finished with matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination.

Preparing the publication

Supply the inside pages as a single-page PDF in reading order and the cover as a separate spread that includes the calculated spine width. Keep important content away from the binding edge and include the required bleed. We will check pagination, spine dimensions and print readiness before production.
