A5 flyer printing

The A5 format, 148 × 210 mm, is one of the most practical choices for advertising print. It offers enough room for a clear offer, product photos, prices, a QR code and contact details while remaining compact and easy to hand out, place in an order or display at a reception desk.

A5 flyers are suitable for menus, service lists, event announcements, property offers, retail promotions and local advertising. Full-colour printing may be applied to one or both sides. The paper weight and surface can be selected according to the required durability, print run and visual effect.

Preparing an A5 layout

Extend backgrounds and images to the bleed line and keep important text inside the safe area. Use a clear hierarchy and one strong call to action so the message remains easy to scan. Upload the artwork during the order; we will check its dimensions, resolution and technical readiness before printing.

Artwork submission rules
  • The file dimensions must match the artwork size including bleed. Follow the dimensions shown in the recommendations above.
  • Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum file size: 400 MB.
  • Use 300 DPI for print, 200 DPI for large-format work and 150 DPI for very large products.
  • Use RGB if unsure. Use CMYK only if you understand prepress requirements. Remove embedded ICC profiles.
  • Embed all fonts in PDF files. Save JPEG without compression and TIFF with merged layers using ZIP/LZW.
  • For foil, varnish, contour cutting and other special processes, use vector spot objects with overprint.

      • Use the CMYK colour model only when the artwork was prepared with the correct print profile; otherwise submit the file in RGB.

      • Do not place thin frames close to the trim line.
      • The maximum upload size is 400 MB.
