Product description

A4 flyer printing

An A4 flyer measures 210 × 297 mm and provides enough space for a detailed offer, several product groups, a menu, programme, price list or step-by-step information. It is commonly used in display stands, reception areas, showrooms, educational venues and as an insert for presentations or commercial documents.

The larger surface supports strong photography and a clear information hierarchy. Printing may be single-sided or double-sided in full colour, with paper selected according to whether the flyer will be handed out, posted, displayed or used repeatedly.

Preparing an A4 design

Divide long content into short sections with informative headings. Keep body text comfortably readable and use consistent spacing. Images should have sufficient resolution at final size, while backgrounds touching the edge must include bleed. Upload the artwork during the order and we will check dimensions, safe areas and print readiness.

Artwork submission rules
  • The file dimensions must match the artwork size including bleed. Follow the dimensions shown in the recommendations above.
  • Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum file size: 400 MB.
  • Use 300 DPI for print, 200 DPI for large-format work and 150 DPI for very large products.
  • Use RGB if unsure. Use CMYK only if you understand prepress requirements. Remove embedded ICC profiles.
  • Embed all fonts in PDF files. Save JPEG without compression and TIFF with merged layers using ZIP/LZW.
  • For foil, varnish, contour cutting and other special processes, use vector spot objects with overprint.

      General guidelines+
      • Use the CMYK colour model only when the artwork was prepared with the correct print profile; otherwise submit the file in RGB.
      • Embed all fonts in PDF files or convert text to outlines.
      • Keep important text and logos inside the indicated safe area.
      • Do not place thin frames close to the trim line.
      • The maximum upload size is 400 MB.
