Product description

A3 menu with two folds

Two folds divide an A3 sheet into three large sections and create six printed panels. This gives restaurants enough space for an extensive food and drink offer while maintaining clear navigation between categories.

The format is useful for restaurant menus, wine lists, bar selections, hotel services, seasonal campaigns and delivery offers. Roll or accordion folding can be selected according to the desired opening sequence.

Preparing six panels

Use the exact production template because panel widths depend on the folding method. Keep prices and important text away from fold lines, add bleed and check the reading order on both sides. We will review panel dimensions before production.

Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum: 400 MB. For print, use 300 DPI as a guideline. If colour accuracy is critical, order a colour proof.

Artwork submission rules
  • The file dimensions must match the artwork size including bleed. Follow the dimensions shown in the recommendations above.
  • Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum file size: 400 MB.
  • Use 300 DPI for print, 200 DPI for large-format work and 150 DPI for very large products.
  • Use RGB if unsure. Use CMYK only if you understand prepress requirements. Remove embedded ICC profiles.
  • Embed all fonts in PDF files. Save JPEG without compression and TIFF with merged layers using ZIP/LZW.
  • For foil, varnish, contour cutting and other special processes, use vector spot objects with overprint.

      General guidelines+
      • Use the CMYK colour model only when the artwork was prepared with the correct print profile; otherwise submit the file in RGB.
      • Embed all fonts in PDF files or convert text to outlines.
      • Keep important text and logos inside the indicated safe area.
      • Do not place thin frames close to the trim line.
      • The maximum upload size is 400 MB.

      • Check the finished size, bleed and safe area before uploading the artwork.
      • Use high-resolution images and make sure linked graphics are included.
