Product description

90 mm round shelf wobblers

A shelf wobbler is mounted to a shelf on a flexible strip so the printed element projects into the aisle and moves slightly with air or touch. The 90 mm round format is compact but clearly separates a promotion from standard shelf labels.

It is used in supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, showrooms and exhibitions to mark discounts, new products, recommendations and limited offers. Card, lamination and die cutting can be selected for the required durability and appearance.

POS artwork

Keep the headline short, use strong contrast and avoid placing small text close to the circular trim line. Add bleed around the design and keep important elements inside the safe area. We will check the cutting contour and file before production.

  • The file dimensions must match the artwork size including bleed. Follow the dimensions shown in the recommendations above.
  • Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum file size: 400 MB.
  • Use 300 DPI for print, 200 DPI for large-format work and 150 DPI for very large products.
  • Use RGB if unsure. Use CMYK only if you understand prepress requirements. Remove embedded ICC profiles.
  • Embed all fonts in PDF files. Save JPEG without compression and TIFF with merged layers using ZIP/LZW.
  • For foil, varnish, contour cutting and other special processes, use vector spot objects with overprint.

      • Use the CMYK colour model only when the artwork was prepared with the correct print profile; otherwise submit the file in RGB.

      • Do not place thin frames close to the trim line.
      • The maximum upload size is 400 MB.

      • Use high-resolution images and make sure linked graphics are included.
