Kraft paper memo pads

An 80 gsm kraft paper memo pad has a natural colour and tactile surface that supports restrained, craft-oriented and environmentally conscious branding. It is suitable for quick notes, lists, workshop records, retail counters and everyday office use.

Dark text, simple line graphics and limited-colour designs reproduce most clearly on the brown paper base. A logo or contact information can turn every sheet into a useful branded touchpoint.

Designing for kraft paper

The paper colour affects printed shades and unprinted areas remain kraft brown. Use sufficient contrast and avoid relying on very light colours. Keep the writing area practical and important elements inside the safe margin. We will check the design for the selected material.

Artwork submission rules
  • The file dimensions must match the artwork size including bleed. Follow the dimensions shown in the recommendations above.
  • Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Maximum file size: 400 MB.
  • Use 300 DPI for print, 200 DPI for large-format work and 150 DPI for very large products.
  • Use RGB if unsure. Use CMYK only if you understand prepress requirements. Remove embedded ICC profiles.
  • Embed all fonts in PDF files. Save JPEG without compression and TIFF with merged layers using ZIP/LZW.
  • For foil, varnish, contour cutting and other special processes, use vector spot objects with overprint.

      • Use the CMYK colour model only when the artwork was prepared with the correct print profile; otherwise submit the file in RGB.
      • Embed all fonts in PDF files or convert text to outlines.
      • Keep important text and logos inside the indicated safe area.
      • Do not place thin frames close to the trim line.
      • The maximum upload size is 400 MB.

      • Check the finished size, bleed and safe area before uploading the artwork.
      • Use high-resolution images and make sure linked graphics are included.
